After the boat is exported from Croatia, the boat should leave from Croatian waters in 20 hours. Anchoring within Croatian sea is forbidden. If any problem occurs Croatia coast guard should be informed by 16 canal and get additional permission.
Always listen vhf channel 16. Coast guards can contact you anytime. You should reply to them. Otherwise they will charge you penalty.
After bill of sale, the boat should be exported from Croatia within 90 days.
The original documents (hard copy and with apostille) of Boat registration + Company formation + Insurance should be at the boat.
Old name of the boat should be removed and new boat name sticker should be written on the boat.
The boat should raise American flag not Croatian. (Need to have Greece and Turkey flags as well)
Do not enter Albania! They have problems with Greece and also they are unfriendly.
Do not anchor anywhere without asking permission from the coast guard in any country.
It is good to inform coast guards while you are entering their territory.
